Pre-shipment cancellations

After 24 hours, order may be prepared for shipping. If this happens, we may not be able to cancle the order, but you may still initiate a return once the item is delivered.
Shipped Orders
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product by following our return and exchange policy.
